Cup or disc?

The cup sits low in the vagina and holds with light suction. The disc sits higher, behind the pubic bone, and does not grip the walls — which often makes it more comfortable if you are sensitive, and it can be worn during intimacy.

Which size?

Mini is for lighter flow and for anyone using a cup for the first time. A is the versatile choice; B is for heavier flow and longer wear. The disc comes in sizes A and B.

How do you clean it?

During your cycle, rinse the cup or disc with clean water after emptying and reinsert. Between cycles, boil the product as instructed. The silicone is free from BPA, latex and phthalates.
