About Us

Floena is owned and operated by Eko Flow d.o.o., a limited liability company registered with AJPES (the Slovenian Business Registry) under registration number 9844015000 and EU VAT ID SI74015087. Our registered office is at Brodarjev trg 11, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia.

The company is led by managing director Mirjana Krsmanovic, who founded Floena out of a frustration shared by many: traditional period products often felt limiting, wasteful, and disconnected from how women actually live and move through their cycles. Floena was built to do better.

We saw how traditional menstrual products often left women choosing between comfort, sustainability, and reliability. So we designed pieces that don't make you choose: soft, well-made, reusable products that last for years and replace hundreds of disposable pads and tampons over their lifetime.

Floena launched in 2025 and has been growing carefully and intentionally ever since. We're a small team. We don't pretend to be a global brand or an overnight sensation. What we are is a focused, accountable European company building period care we ourselves want to use.

Our textile fabrics have been tested for harmful substances and are PFAS-free. We work with manufacturing partners who share these standards.

Each Floena reusable product is designed to last up to two years with proper care. Over its lifetime, a single piece can replace hundreds of disposable products — reducing waste sent to landfill and the carbon footprint of monthly cycle management.

We ship in plastic-free packaging where possible and are continuously working to extend that to every part of our supply chain.
