Shipping Policy

1. Overview

This Shipping Policy explains how and when orders from Floena are delivered. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.


2. Shipping Area

We ship to all countries within the European Union, as well as to selected countries outside the EU including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Ukraine, and others. The full list of available destinations is shown at checkout. All orders are dispatched from Slovenia.


3. Carriers

We work with reliable delivery partners: DPD (primary EU carrier), GLS (alternate EU carrier), and national postal services for non-EU destinations.


4. Handling Time

Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Orders placed before 11:00 AM Central European Time are usually processed the same day.


5. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times: within Slovenia 1-2 business days; within the European Union 2-6 business days; outside the EU 5-14 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance. Delays may occur during holidays or high-demand periods, and carrier or customs delays are outside our control.


6. Shipping Costs

EU standard shipping: EUR 4.99. Free EU shipping on orders over EUR 90. Non-EU shipping: calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. All shipping costs are shown clearly at checkout before you complete your order.


7. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active in the carrier's system.


8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses, uncollected packages, or refused deliveries. If a package is returned to us due to one of the above, reshipping may be arranged at the customer's expense.


9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@floena.com. Please include photographs where applicable. We will investigate with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.


10. Customs and Duties

All orders are shipped from Slovenia (EU). For shipments within the EU, no additional customs fees apply. For shipments outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These are not included in the order total and will be collected by the carrier or customs authority on delivery.
