2. Scope

These Terms apply to all orders placed via www.floena.com. We currently ship within the European Union and to selected countries outside the EU. The list of available destinations and their shipping costs is shown at checkout.


3. Contract Formation

Product listings on our website do not constitute a legally binding offer. By placing an order, you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded only once you receive an order confirmation email from us.


4. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable. We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer where supported. Payment is required in full before shipment.


5. Shipping and Delivery

Handling time is 1 business day. We use DPD, GLS, and partner postal services depending on destination. Delivery within the EU takes 2-6 business days; outside the EU 5-14 business days depending on destination and customs. Order cut-off for same-day processing is 11:00 AM Central European Time.

Shipping costs: EU standard shipping is EUR 4.99 (free on orders over EUR 90). Non-EU shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination.

For shipments outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applied by the destination country. Delays caused by carriers or customs authorities are beyond our control.


6. Right of Withdrawal (14 days for EU consumers)

Consumers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. The period starts from the day you receive the goods.

Conditions: Items must be unused and in their original sealed packaging.

Exceptions: In line with Article 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery. This applies to all Floena products once the hygiene seal has been removed.

Return shipping: Paid by the customer. Refund: Processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned goods, via the original payment method.

For consumers outside the EU, the conditions of our voluntary return policy apply (see Section 8 and the Refund Policy).


7. Floena 90-Day Comfort Guarantee (voluntary)

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 90-day comfort guarantee, at our discretion, for purchases made directly on floena.com.

Period underwear and swimwear: The first opened pair may be eligible for store credit within 90 days of receipt. Additional unopened items remain eligible under the standard 14-day return. Returned items must be cleaned and laundered per the included care instructions.

Cups and discs: May be tested for up to 3 cycles (max. 90 days from receipt). Eligible for size exchange or store credit (one product per customer). Items returned must be sterilised and cleaned per the included care instructions.

Returned items under this voluntary guarantee are not resold; they are responsibly disposed of in line with hygiene best practice.

9. Products and Use

Floena offers personal care and intimate hygiene products, including period underwear, period swimwear, and reusable menstrual collection products. Always follow the care, usage, and safety instructions provided with each product and on the product packaging.

If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or postpartum, are using an IUD, or are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

10. Statutory Warranty

Statutory consumer warranty rights under EU law and the laws of the consumer's country of residence apply.


11. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health. Otherwise, our liability is limited to foreseeable damages resulting from the breach of essential contractual obligations.


12. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).


13. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings.


14. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this applies only to the extent that it does not limit the mandatory consumer protections of their country of residence.


15. Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
