Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods (or, for an order of several goods delivered separately, the last item).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us — Eko Flow d.o.o. (Floena), Brodarjev trg 11, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, e-mail info@floena.com — of your decision by a clear statement. You can simply complete and submit the withdrawal form on this page. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal: If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (except for any supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and within 7 business days after we receive the returned goods. We use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back.
You must send the goods back without undue delay and in any event within 14 days. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Return address: Eko Flow d.o.o., Brodarjev trg 11, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exception (health & hygiene): In accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if they were unsealed after delivery. This applies to all Floena products (menstrual cups and discs, period underwear and swimwear) once the hygiene seal has been removed.
