Materials and certification
Floena period underwear is built in four layers:

Absorbency
Absorbency is shown on every product as a rating from 1 to 5 drops:
- 1–2 drops — discharge, spotting, the last days of a cycle
- 3 drops — a normal daytime flow
- 4 drops — heavy days; holds approximately the equivalent of 3 to 4 tampons
- 5 drops — heaviest days and overnight; the Bamboo Sleep Short holds up to 40 ml
Menstrual cups and discs provide up to 12 hours of protection. Period underwear is typically worn 8 to 12 hours when the absorbency matches the flow.
Sizes
Period underwear is available in XS to XXL depending on style. Menstrual cups come in Mini, A and B. Every product page carries a size chart in centimetres, listing half-waist, half-hip, side length and front length. When measurements fall between two sizes, the recommendation is to follow the hip measurement and choose the larger size.
Care
Rinse in cold water after wearing until the water runs clear. Machine wash at 30–40°C on a gentle cycle in a laundry bag, using mild detergent. No fabric softener, no bleach, no tumble drying — heat damages the waterproof membrane. Air dry. With correct care, expected lifespan is approximately two years of regular use.
