If something isn’t quite right, we’ll help you find the solution within 90 days.


How it works

Unopened items

Unused and unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method.

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Opened period underwear

If you’ve opened your first pair of Floena period underwear and it’s not the right fit, you may exchange it for store credit within 90 days.

We recommend trying one pair first before opening additional items. Unopened pairs remain eligible for refund under our standard return policy.


Floena Cups & Discs

Finding the right size for a menstrual cup or disc can take a little time.

If your Floena Cup or Disc isn’t the right fit, you may request a size exchange or refund within 90 days of purchase.

You may test the product for up to three cycles (maximum 90 days) to determine whether it works for you.

This guarantee applies to one product per customer.

If you purchased your Floena product from a third-party retailer, please contact the retailer directly regarding their return or exchange policy.
